Candidate has been working since 2007 in the field of plastic injection, mold modifications, managing new production launches in the electrical and automotive industries. Apart to the Moulding Manager’s role, he has also held positions in technical preparation of production and tool shops. By increasing his qualifications with courses in plastic injection technology, he has moved his career into the environment of the automotive industry, where he has been still working as a Production Director. He manages 150 operators and 50 technicians in charge of 77 injection molding machines. His main tasks are to constantly reduce scrap, increase productivity, eliminate downtime, calculate ROI and support the Kaizen group. The candidate is looking for a job in the vicinity of Nitra with preference in a plastic molding shop in an T1 automotive industry. He actively speaks English.
