After finishing secondary school, the candidate started working in metallurgical production as an intern. From 2007 he works in the originally German company, where he started and worked for a long time in the position of Production Quality Technician. Here, in addition to regular operator training, he covered customer complaints and took corrective measures /5 Way, Ishikawa, 8D report/, tried to reduce confusion in production. Later, he moved to the position of Technician for the specification and standardization of pressure and gravity tools, where he communicated daily in English mainly with foreign suppliers and oversaw communication with the internal CAD department, process engineers, project managers, planning department and production in order to incorporate changes to the tools during production, compliance the delivery date of the tool and the achievement of the required quality on the tool. He also gained experience with tools for the automotive industry /FMEA, Cp, PPaP and Control Plan/. A candidate with a pleasant demeanor who does not lack hard work and precision.
