Candidate after graduation at the University of Economics started his career in the field of monetary intermediation as the Consultant and Call center operator. He actively sold various financial and banking products to customers via phone and did also the proper client care and advisory about banking transactions. After few months he got an offer to join to Customer care team. He spent there 5 years on the same position as Customer care specialist. He took care about payments, cards, fraud monitoring. The clients were for example international banks, salespersons etc. Clients were both B2B and B2C. He used mainly English and Hungarian language. He has great knowledge of banking products, insurance, payment cards and automatization of processes. He took a year of career break and invested this time in self-development. He took many courses in IT sphere, he is willing to learn programming language in few years time. He speaks English very well, the same as German B2. Hungarian language is his native language.
