• Working as an active team member in the Windows, Citrix, VMware system Maintenance team
• All activates are being performed here using the ITIL Process on Various Client Including Pharmaceuticals, US Banking, US Airline Domain
• I also having the onsite experience in Europe region to stabilize the client environment
• Installation, configuration and administration of windows 2000/2003/2008/2012/2016/2019 servers
• Installation and configuration of Active directory services.
• Creation and managing of user accounts, groups and OU by applying group policy
• Configuring TCP/IP, IP Addressing, Configuring Printers
• Installation, configuration and administration of WINS, DHCP, DNS and FTP server. Configuration and management of Disk using disk quota, shadow copies, disk fragmentation, and disk cleanup
• Knowledge of Raid configuration (Raid 0 Raid 1 and raid 5) and mirroring
• Performing Server build (Windows, Citrix), Server decommissioning, Server hardening
• Managing system performance using system monitor, performance log, event viewer and task manager utility
• Configuring and Administration of VMware ESX 4 Servers with Virtual Centre Server, VM Converter, VM Migrate, Cloning, Snapshot Backup, V2V, P2V, VCB, HA and vMotion utilities. Restoration of Server, File Server data, VMware VM through Symantec Backup Exec 12.5 software & also alternate option is windows NTBACKUP System
• Configuring & Administration of HP & IBM Blade Servers, HP ProLiant Servers, Dell Power Edge Servers, HP EVA with HP Storage box (SAN), HP San switch for FC Connectivity, IBM DAS storage, HP & Dell Tape Library for Backup etc.

• Working on monthly patching activity for Test, Dev, and production servers using SCCM HPSM
• Giving rotational basis 24/7 support for windows and Citrix on call
• Managing 5 Citrix Team member and Providing support for the overall 2000 Published application on Citrix (Metaframe, XenApp5, Xen App6) servers, Installation, Configuration, Building new Farm in environment as per requirement
• Publishing application in farm, managing licensing, Troubleshooting, User Application issues through email, ticketing tool, Providing *24/7 support to client including on call support
• Working on Refresh of old met frame server and migrate the application on XenApp environment
• As per project requirement I am currently supporting for the various aspects of AWS like IAM, VPC, EC2, EBS, ELB, CDN, S3, EIP, KMS, Route 53, RDS, Glacier, Snowball, CloudFront, Dynamo DB, Redshift, Auto Scaling, CloudWatch, Elastic Cache, CloudTrail, and Security, Migration

FMS Engineer

• Providing support as FMS Engineer on client base location for Vodafone Essar Cellular Ltd locations for Windows, Active Directory, and Backups Servers, Monitor & Maintain File Server and Print Server. Here I am handling all 150-remote location for Vodafone gallery, franchise all over Maharashtra and Goa
• Installations of OS & company wide Applications. Giving L3support to remote Branches & Galleries in Maharashtra & Goa circle. (1000 Nodes). Also, Mumbai Corporate Circle. Handling some server related application to Branches & Galleries. L2 Support for Installation & Management Of server2k3. Managing Users, computers and Groups. Monitor & Maintain File Server and Print Server
• Managing Backup Procedures and Recover from backup. As team member for implementation of VLAN & Wireless LAN.Also Configuring Wireless on User End. Installation & Support for Check point VPN for 150 Location within M&G. Installation & configuration of IP Phone (AVAYA) for call center. User ID creation, Deletion, resetting password in Active Directory. Support.
• Maintain Terminal server & client, Installation & Configuration of Oracle 8i & 9i. Maintain and administer Anti-virus and spam blocking. (Symantec, MacAfee). Hardware & Network Troubleshooting Punching & Crimping of IO port & installation of patch panel for new Vodafone office. Configuring outlook and profiles. Installation and support of connected copiers and print controllers. Taking daily backup of file server and exchange servers
• Handling IBM, HP, DELL, COMPAQ hardware (PC & Laptops)
