Quality Manager

• Leading the team of 7 quality engineers responsible for operational quality tasks, 5S implementation , performing system and process audits to fulfill customer and internal requirements in logistic enviroment.

Autonomous Production Unit Manager

• Responsible for production at injection moulding area, 2 paintlines and several assembly lines dedicated for interior parts production with more than 250 people in 3 and 4 shift pattern.

1. process,product and industrialization engineers:

- responsible for process ,product and industrialization for new program integration (preparing flow chart, PFMEA,MOST analysis,work instructions,engineering change management,bill of material, layout preparation/changes/improvements,purchasing of new technologies related to new programs integration before SOP and in serial life.

2.maintenance leader and spare parts technician responsible for maintenance of production tools and equipment. - responsible for departmental budget (Capex,manufacturing cost), reporting

Manufacturing Engineering Manager (08/2012 – 10/2016)

Within the plant, manage processes and people in order to: - Ensure that series production meets customer requirements. - Support to the continuous improvement process. - Ensure the plant readiness to launch successful new programs.

Series production: - Procurement of manufacturing equipment under consideration of demanded security, quality and environmental protection and their preservation. - Support the engineering change management process. - PFMEA - Update manufacturing routines (BOM...) and work instructions. - Build the engineering budget and the plant CAPEX; and ensure their application. - Monitor capacity utilization. - Keep plant lay-out updated. - Plan, monitor and coordinate the work of external companies. - Create and introduce procedures regarding the tasks of his field of responsibility. - Support problem solving initiatives. - Plant readiness to launch new programs: -Participate in the definition of the production process and selection of the suppliers,machines and other equipment. - Define plant layout to support new products launch in line with MIFA. - Lead the plant extension activities as the industrial building manager - Lead installation process of new machines and equipment. . Support production in the start of new processes to ensure a successful SOP (initial samples, run @ rate...).

People Management: - Staff, train coach, assess and develop the plant ME team. Support and train other networks/functions. - Participation in the management of the expertise network (knowledge capitalization).

Organization: - Directly leading the team of 7 members (ECR cord.,PLTL,productivity leader/layout change coord.). - Member of plant top managment. - Reporting directly to plant manager.

Quality Manager (12/2007 - 07/2012)

• Representing customer requirements internally.
• Defining plant quality objectives and monitor progress.
• Managing the plant quality system in accordance with the Faurecia Excellence System.
• Defining staff and developping the plant quality organization.
• Ensuring the plant's compliance with all Safety/regulation standards.
• Reporting quality results to all relevant parties and maintain quality records/documentation.
• Managing supplier’s non conformity and monitor supplier’s progress.
• Reporting to the top management about the quality system and needs for improvement.

Customer Quality Engineer (06/2007 – 11/2007)

• Managing daily the customer claims, quality alerts and customer questions, demerit results.
• Managing exhaustive demerit and analysis of customer demerit.
• Analyzing demerit found in the customer, exhaustive demerit and action plan follow up.
• Follow up with quality manager of the customer claims (analysis, customer visit, complete customer data base, etc….).
• Constitution of initial sample PPAP files for new product or following product modification.
• Performing product and process audit.
• Follow up of warranty returns.
• In direct contact with the customer, analysis of parts/cars in the customer plant and participation to COMEX.
• Follow up of quality customer indicators (demerit, ppm, claims).
• Demerit analysis in the customer plant (with parts assembled on the car).
• Participation to the technical workshop in the customer plant.

• Complete customer data base and update control plan when necessary.

• Follow up and management of internal exhaustive demerit indicators.
• Update initial sample files.
• Participation to the QRCI and problem solving group following non conformities. Usage of the necessary tools (QRCI, 5W, etc….).
• Guarantee internal communication concerning customer claims and alerts.
• Performing product and process audit.
• Analysis of non conform product in the customer plant.
• Proposition of product/process action plan linked with customer claims and alerts.
• Participation to the design and process FMEA for new programs.
