Supplier Technical Assistance Engineer

• working for a major car manufacturer in their facility, specifically focused on the launch and production of a new model
• tasked with overseeing the capacity and quality performance of all new build products
• worked closely with a range of key suppliers, communicated with them effectively throughout design and production lifecycles
• planned, monitored and controlled supplier contributions, provided critical information to senior JLR stakeholders on their progress and performance
• supported any supplier quality issues in pre-serial production phase
• led and managed escalation processes, ensured clear and focused communication between different parties
• inspecting PPAP documentation and provided the final approval of parts utilised in serial production

Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer

• nanaged inspection processes of parts used in production, including preparing control plans and coordinating sorting processes

• evaluated and supported supplier bids for new projects

• inspected ISIR documentation and executed process audits, as well as production of daily/weekly PPM evaluations and other reports
