• team leader and responsible for manage the projects in Ethiopia, Germany, Kazakhstan, Angola and Slovakia projects
• work in different countries, main on 3 projects in Angola country alone and cooperation with Israel Company. These projects are still in progress less 12 years with very friendly relationships. Still cooperating on these projects
• Kazakhstan – modernization simulators L39 Albatross in Balkasch. This project has been cooperates with others 3 companies in my lead
• Ethiopia, project: main idea was except main project, integration new ideas, new technologies that were to new projects and keep budget and original layout from client. This new concept have been accepted not only by management, but mainly by people from production. Main idea was join new concept with people.
