In the delivery company, he was responsible for customer service, communication was in Slovak and English. Candidate made about 100 calls per day, was responsible for processing orders, scheduling distribution in the internal system, dealing with customer complaints (contacting couriers) - most often related to damaged goods or meeting deadlines. Worked in the company alongside the school (8 hours/day, at least 3 times a week). Experience in processing orders and uploading invoices to the internal system.
