The candidate has a university of second degree. She had been working for 8 years in Warsaw, Poland as Customer service representative for Slovakian market. She started in call centrum, she did the sales, actively contacted the customers who showed their interest via website and dealt with orders from clients. For the whole time she was responsible for Slovak and Czech market. The customers were mainly B2C, however she took care of also B2B clients. She was selling medical tools. Later she moved to back office. She took care about orders the clients already created via websites. She dealt also with various complaints, mainly via phone (f.e. problem with the payment due). She used English mainly in written form. Regarding the software they used their own, then JIRA. During the past 8 years she also did translations from Polish to English language. She has the certificate ECL in Polish language and translated the usual things for the companies such as websites, products information etc. Actually she is learning English very intensively, she is taking conversation classes. Her English is on level B1, she is not afraid to speak, however she makes mistakes.
