He went from recruiting, through recruiting (financial, logistics, IT, engineering positions) HR agenda (PZ, supplements, terminations of employment, preparation of basiss for wages) through legislative advice for employees, talent managment, employee development, employer branding to setting up strategic things: setting up remuneration and benefits for employees. It was part of the transition to a new IS: SAP - it also acts as a SAP Key user. The company employs about 2,500 employees.
