Candidate with university education and 5 years of experience ias HR Specialist As a HR Specialist she worked for five branches of the company within Slovakia (about 250 employees). She has been responsible for the entire HR agenda in the company: management of selection processes, employee training, preparation of payroll documents, support for management. The candidate has been conducting selection processes for different positions in co-operation with heads of departments. She had about 5 positions on average. She has been dealing with fluctuation problems especially at lower positions. In addition she occupied various technical, accounting or administrative positions. In the selection of new staff, she worked with personnel agencies. It targeted the selection of agencies and the negotiation of conditions with them.
