Candidate the most working experience gained in the position of HR Manager in a metalworking and coating company. His job was to complete the process searches up to the start of production workers. These were operators, warehouse workers, forklifts and other manufacturing positions. Through the company they managed to employ approx. 450 - 500 employees. Production workers were mainly Serbs and Ukrainians. Communication with them was in Serbian, Ukrainian and English. Candidate was in charge of complete legislation (their registration, preparation of all necessary documents, forms and occupations). Was also responsible for OSH and medical examinations for production workers, training of staff, preparation of documents for wages and so on.
