He worked on various projects and analyses aimed at optimizing logistics flows (reducing delivery time, reducing transport costs, outsourcing of transport suppliers, deployment of SAP in the production company. In practice, he has proven himself to be a management style focused on cross-checking (trusts subordinates, gives them responsibility and competences, but then checks the actual state of the task fulfilled). He is always at work rather than his subordinate, problems are analyzed together and solutions are sought. When managing, selecting and shifting subordinates, he always takes into account how the employee solves problems, such as dealing with the supplier (argumentative skills) or and how he can emerge from the problem.
