The candidate has combination of HR and payroll experience. She did HR for about 6 years in insurance and later in telcom company. She was responsible for complex HR administration, labour code advisory etc. Later in the same company she started to do also payroll for about 200 employees. She left because the company transferred HR and payroll to headquarters in Germany. In another company she was responsible for payroll of 1500 employees with 3 - shift, non stop service, work emergency, work on bank holidays and weekends etc. She is looking for a job where she can use both HR and payroll skills.
