Candidate gained the most extensive work experience as Production Manager. At the manufacturing company he is responsible for production management and a team of 30 subordinates. These are programmers, expeditors, operators on cutters, grinders, milling machines, CNC ... On entering the company was a big problem not meeting deadlines and the candidate was given the task to solve this problem. Introduced a weekly scheduling system to the company (as well as precise scheduling of co-operation + adjustment of deadlines with customers) and introduced a reward system for subordinates (introduced efficiency, metering standards and according to which bonuses for employees are derived).
