Candidate has experience from automotive industry where he started as Engineering Change Coordinator - he was implementing facelift projects for Ford, Toyota and BMW. He was coordinating and implementing customer requirements (paiting of plastic parts). He was responsible for product pricing, validation plan, manufacturability analysis, revision of BOM. He advanced to Plant Launch Teamleader - project implementation such as: production lines and facelift for Porsche. He was leading of project team and communication with customers. He was promoted to Production Manager. He was in charge of assembly lines and postprocesses (welding: 14 welding stations, milling cutter). He was leading 100 subordinates in 3 shifts operation (10 direct reports: Senior Supervisor, Supervisor, Process Engineers, Quality Technician). His first focus were technical issues like high failure of equipment - he was pushing on preventive maitenance. He analyzed scrap with quality department and managing changes and corrections. As manager, he is focusing on building relations with people, motivating them and showing them fruits of their collective work.
