He is currently in charge of the quality of assembly. Managing people: 30 subordinates on assembly (Supporter, Teamleader, Manufacturing Operators). He approaches strictly but fairly for the management of people. He runs a mixed team of workers (men, women, Romanians, Ukrainians, Serbs). In practice, he applies a participatory style of governance, explains the causes, consequences and actively engages people in solving problems. Regularly subordinates shift feedback to employees. KPI's: error rate, production quality, absence, production productivity, downtime, bottlenecks with suppliers. Corrective measures: Kaizen, increased quality of control, visual management (video training directly on the island island, reduction of error rate, participation in the creation of salary scales for employees, close collaboration with paint shop, welding and maintenance departments.)
