The candidate is highly motivated and proactive person with many years of working experience in quality management of hotel services and travel agency services abroad. As a manager, she led teams of up to 20 people in a multicultural environment with a strong emphasis on providing high standard services. While being in charge of managing quality, she relied on customer satisfaction indicators, proposed corrective measures and supervised compliance. She worked continuously with service providers/hotels and helped them meet the requirements of the internal quality system. In managing people, she took advantage of her experience from previous positions and Thomas Cook Group international training programs focused mainly on management, motivation, advanced people management techniques.
