Candidate has many years of experience in the gastro area. He has experiences as a F&B Supervisor, he was responsible for a team of 6 waiters in the restaurant + bar + lobby bar. He was also responsible for scheduling work shifts, inventory and participated in the creation of menus and wine cards in cooperation with a sommelier. One of the problems he managed to eliminate was the huge disparity between white and red wines.
