The candidate has completed university education, the Faculty of Education focuses on Teaching technical subjects and English language. The candidate has gained the most relevant work experience in a sales and service company for compressed air production, where he has been working for 20 years and has worked from the position of the Service Engineer / Engineer to the position of Aftersales Engineer. In the position of Service technician he started as a 5th employee who was in charge of installing and servicing compressed air compressors (air treatment, filtration, drying), training of new technicians and dealers, and also participated in the selection of technicians. Later, he was also responsible for the management of about 5 technicians on the project and the project itself, from the offer, the presentation of possible solutions to the delivery of the work to the customer. With this position, he also performed the so-called "Round trips" when he visited his clients even without going there to service or install the device. From Aftersales Engineer's position, he does also acquisitions mainly in compressor service, maintaining good customer relationships, designing technically possible solutions (2-900 kW compressors), preparing bids and overseeing the order. The projects on which heworks amount to approximately € 200,000 / project and his annual plan is at the level of 2 million. €, which he is going to spend every year. He was also awarded the best seller for the SR, Czech Republic and HU region. While working in the company, he attended several training courses abroad, in Belgium. He has an active Decree §22 - Standing Electrotechnician. English has an advanced level (B1 / B2), which is mainly used in communication with its superior with Hungary. It is a proactive candidate with good presentation and communication skills, he is able to effectively define work priorities, like to travel and to recognize new people. He also has a wide range of contacts across different industries (automotive, engineering, agricultural, paper, metallurgy and energy).
