The candidate is an experienced professional in the field of service and maintenance with more than 7 years of experience in the position of Regional Service Manager for Western Slovakia. During his career, he managed 26 service technicians, ensured their readiness for the client, redistributed their work and checked the quality of the services provided. He was responsible for analyzing KPI indicators, preparing monthly reports, processing weekly plans and performances, as well as creating documents for the premium component. His other tasks included regular communication with customers, solving problems and complaints, organizing motivational interviews for service technicians, checking compliance with OSH and work procedures, as well as representing the service director during his absence. The candidate participated in the recruitment of new employees, ensured the purchase of tools and other needs, and was involved in new projects within the corporation. Previously, he worked as a service technician for various companies, where he gained valuable experience in the field of repairs and maintenance of VZV, access systems, camera systems, alarms, and CNC cutting machines. His work also included active search for new customers, communication with customers and related administration. The candidate has extensive training and certification in the operation of lifting equipment, motorized forklifts and electrical equipment, including courses for load binder and self-employed electrician.
