He has the responsibility to deal with 70 - 80 claims on a daily basis, with the time to accept the claim within 24 hours and the decision on the next step within 3 days. He also has the responsibility to evaluate complaints (rejected, returned, approved), communication with the quality department, with whom he / she cooperates in making corrective actions, diagnosis of the claim part, reporting.
